What are "raw" photos?
Raw photos include hundreds of untouched unedited numbered images and they won't be as enjoyable until they are actually edited. There will be a lot of duplicates, some images may be dark, blurry, etc. If you are planning to edit the photos yourself, please keep in mind that photo editing is not as easy as it seems and you need to have special skills, experience, talent, lots of time and professional software that costs over $1000. If you are interested in our $500 "raw" package, we highly recommend upgrading to our $1000 "partially edited" or $1500 "fully edited" package. However, we totally understand that your wedding budget may not allow you to hire us to do the editing and we would like to add that it's definitely better to have unedited raw images shot by an experienced and professional wedding photographer than amateur photos taken by friends. We just want to be honest with our clients and make sure you're making an informed decision.
When would you recommend to start the time of your wedding photo coverage? It depends on your budget, your timeline and what exactly you want us to capture on your wedding day. Some clients want the getting ready part to be captured, which includes putting on makeup, your wedding dress, the rings, flowers, pre-ceremony photos, first look, etc. However, some clients hire us to start right before the ceremony. It's totally up to you. If you don't need wedding photography for the getting ready part, we recommend starting the coverage at least 15 minutes prior to the start time of the ceremony, which would allow us to capture your guests arriving as well as your ceremony arch, flowers, chairs, decorations, scenery, etc. Most clients really enjoy these photos after their wedding day.
Why are your services so cheap? Unlike many other wedding photography providers who are artistic and creative individuals rather than business and customer service oriented entrepreneurs, we try to minimize unnecessary business expenses in order to reduce the cost of our services. This allows us to handle 100-200 weddings every year which also makes it easier to charge less. In addition, offering multiple wedding services such as music, sound, lighting, videography, photo booth, etc. helps us increase our sales and offer a smaller price for all-inclusive packages, which are very popular among our clients. Last but not least, due to many positive online reviews that we have received over the years, we don't need to spend money on online ads. Our business model is to offer the most value for the least amount of money to those who don't want to spend a fortune on their wedding.
What is your payment policy? We charge only $100 to reserve the date. Half of the remaining amount must be paid at least 30 days before your big day. The final payment can be processed any time before the event or upon your photographer's arrival on your wedding day. Detailed payment information will be sent to you with the contract when we receive your booking form submission.
